  1. Wonderful, Harrie! Love the composition, especially that great wedge of darkness cutting across from the right; and those far off, misty trees too. Wonderful atmosphere! I think the Polders may be quite like the Somerset Levels, where I spend so much time. A 🙂

    • Thanks! I guess the flat space is comparable; but these polders are more rational. Square fields, straight roads and canals because there weren’t any natural obstacles to make it less geometrical. But I like the atmosphere.
