  1. At first I thought I was seeing footprints in the snow; now I’m not sure. I understood witte and groen in your title but had to look up strook.

    • ‘Groenstrook’ is a Dutch word for pieces of artificial nature, planned and planted in, or in between residential area’s. This morning it was pretty white; so the title is a word-play. I didn’t know how to say it in English… There are some footprints of a dog in the front. Personally I prefer rough nature; but that is hard to find in the Netherlands; we don’t have the space for that… ๐Ÿ™‚

      • Itโ€™s hard to imagine what the area that is now the Netherlands looked like in prehistoric times.

        • ๐Ÿ™‚ True; most of it is one, big โ€˜Groenstrookโ€™.. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    • Noooo ๐Ÿ™‚ All these shots were taken on 24-01. We had two days with a little snow then… So I went for a long walk; and after several shots I got the idea: let’s see what I shoot on just one early morning walk… Last one tomorrow!
