Wonderful colors an great photo, congrats for the new lens!

  2. Love the ability to capture the closeup details. Amazing how the entire story in the image can change! Looking forward to more of your work!

  3. That’s beautiful, Harrie! Looking forward to seeing more images with this lens.

  4. This seems to be a great lens. How heavy is it ? It my main problem when I travel.

  5. Fantastic sharpness and nice composition. Nice soft colors. A beautiful picture with the new lens.

  6. Gorgeous! Congrats on your new lens. Nice creamy bokeh. I love my 90mm f/2 for my Fuji. (135mm on my camera) Great short telephoto.

    • Thanks Jane! I wanted a prime in the portrait range; the macro possibility is great extra for nature as well. The focus ring can be clicked from AF to MF; and in MF-mode it magnifies te focus area automatically when I turn it.. Fine lens! 👍✋

  7. Great stuff, Harrie >>> go for it – might also be good for portraits too. 🙂

    • Thanks Adrian! Yes, perfect for portraits; which I don’t shoot a lot… 🙂

  8. How exciting, congratulations! The equivalent in my system is an Olympus 60mm f2.8 macro – it’s much smaller and not as “fancy” but it has been a favorite lens from the very beginning. The type of photo that you show here is why I love it, but I found that I could use the lens for “normal” shots too. I’m looking forward to seeing what you do with the Sony!

    • Thanks Lynn. I still have to get used to it; I’m busy stepping back all the time.. ✋

  9. This one really benefited of the full screen view; sharp with very nice backdrop blur, great colours.
